Dazzler and Jubilee were both there, though. It's just that Jubilee was kind of hanging out . . . under the HQ.

Wolverine, Cyclops, Storm because that is core three for the X-men. Then probably Nightcrawler, Rogue, Kwannon, Iceman.

Establish that O5 was the original in flashbacks, Also the X-men would have a support staff Beast(scientist) Celia Reyes(Doctor), Forge(Mechanic), and Jean Grey(psychiatrist) that way you can sneak in some extra characters

I think I agree with this the most. Although I wouldn't mind adding Jubilee into the cast.

Cyclops, Jean, Iceman, Storm, Kurt and Colossus - that seems the most natural to me.

I'd love if we start against a Brotherhood that includes Rogue. No Magneto on the first movie (at least as main villain).

Afterwards we could have a Krakoa movie with Banshee, Polaris, Sunfire, Logan and maybe Psylocke
