Default Ravenloft Darklords and Domains from various media

Stolen from a thread on another board:

In the history of the Omniverse you are aware of, The Dark Powers of Ravenloft gather irredeemably wicked figures from various worlds of the Prime Material Plane and imprison them within their misty realm. Once there those villains are both exalted and tormented, made into monstrous Darklords reigning over domains they may never leave. Despite their power and position, they are forever denied what would make them truly happy.

But suppose The Dark Powers were allowed to go beyond their normal territory. Imagine that in honor of a special event of cosmic significance, the various Creators and Overpowers of other multiverses beyond The Great Wheel deigned to grant permission to the Dark Powers to pluck uniquely deserving individuals and locales from worlds under their dominion and take them back to their Domains of Dread to incorporate them into their inscrutable design. Which individuals would the Dark Powers select and how would they change by becoming a Darklord? What would their Domains be like and what circumstances will be contrived to torture them through eternity? And who among them, if any, would prove a greater challenge than the Dark Powers anticipated and manage to escape or usurp control over Ravenloft?

I, The Watcher, pose this question to you all.

What If The Dark Powers Could Select Darklords From Any Setting Depicted In Fiction?

I feel like the Queen in Alice in Wonderland is a Dark Lord, and probably someone in Coraline.

CS Lewis’ witch from the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is also a contender, as is Hook from Peter Pan.
