Please tell me this is some dream, alternate reality, or fantasy moment induced by Selina inhaling too much. I mean...WTF? Was this a canonical scene in a regular continuity Batman book? Who wrote this?

I don't know the context but can't summon outrage. Sadly, it's par the course. We've seen several heroes and villains who should not be able to accomplish such things do so. And it's been this way a couple decades, at least.

I always did find the people who hated King's Batman run because they thought King hated Batman or made Batman an idiot rather funny. Dude, uses BatGod stuff just as much as any modern Batman writer.

King doesn't really put much "intellectual talk" in Bruce's dialogue, he isn't reciting Plato or Socrates, maybe that's where the thought comes from. But his Batman still does BatGod things all the same, he just doesn't dress it up I feel like.

Are you trying to play devils advocate here or do you not know that Bruce being the "last dude left" is about as original as "evil Superman"?

Yikes.
If that is what happens, I don't want to hear/read anyone complaining about Wonder Woman fans being "ungrateful" for "all this WW content." I don't think it's unreasonable for us to want a powerful, capable, fierce Diana who is also loving, compassionate, and attuned to the basic tenet of what Marston wanted her to be: a beacon of hope and kindness whose mission was to change the world through love and peace (even if circumstances would lead her to fight and kick ass often). It's not unreasonable not to want Warmongering Woman, Badass Bitch, or decapitation-happy Sword-Wielding Siren #287.
