the silver witch is wanda. pietro was killed by the squadron and she took his speed powers to get revenge on the speedster who did it.
im not sure if they are mutants though. that looks like a flashback to the earlier point in history where the x men and the brotherhood fought the squadron and most probably died.

Quicksilver died in this AU and when he did Wanda absorbed his powers somehow. Silver Witch is Wanda with both speed and hex powers.

They really were not. Just looked like she got stuff from a swim shop or lingerie store and put it on. Wanda was doing the hot tub meta almost 60 years before it became a thing.

Skymax was a second-tier Squadron Supreme member (a riff on the Martian Manhunter, but actually a Super-Skrull in Marvel terms, IIRC). I think he was also called 'the Skrullian Skymaster' as a more obvious Martian Manhunter homage.

I don't recognize Mister One and Mister One though, so they might be new.

Skymax is an existing character. Just as the Squadron Supreme is a Justice League analogue, Skymax is their version of Martian Manhunter.

Mister One and Mister Two is an obscure mutant from a Captain America comic and also a Jack Kirby creation.

Not entirely sold on this. Heroes Reborn has been solid, but the tie-ins have been pretty weak. I like the idea of Magneto leading a different version of the X-Men, but this has Magneto becoming too much like Xavier.

Frenzy looks great, though. Love seeing her front and center.
