Default What Are The "Coolest" Movies?

What are some movies that ooze coolness? They don't necessarily have to be good movies.

    Miami Vice
    The Dark Knight
    Bad Boys
    Good Time
    Thief

The original Ocean's 11 (1960) with Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sam Davies jnr.

It is the definition of that you call a cool movie. It is one of the few films I know, that many have said was not great but cool.

Rat Pack Ocean's Eleven came to my mind first too.

Just about anything with Bogart, Cary Grant or a Henry Mancini score.

West Side Story. Blade Runner. All the Mad Max movies. Rebel Without a Cause. The Big Lebowski. The Blues Brothers and the other black-suits-and-sunglasses movie, Men in Black. Fight Club. The Godfather I and II. In the Heat of the Night. Most Tarantino movies. The Matrix. The Princess Bride. This is Spinal Tap, and Guardians of the Galaxy.

The Hustler is very cool, sad but cool.
    Car Wash
The Mack, Shaft was cool in the movie.
Jackie Brown, lots of cool movies and characters in the 90's. Tons of characters are cool within the movie and sometimes doesn't always cool up the rest of the movie. The first couple Guy Ritchie movies were pretty cool.

There was a Michael Cain movie from the 70's, can't recall it right now and I've gotten to the point of not wanting to Google everytime I have a lapse. It's been made again since, some revenge movie about a pornographer. He was the coolest muthafuka alive in that one. Barley spoke and everyone seemed to know who and what he was about. Trouble Man was always doper to me than Shaft. I don't think I've sat through OG Shaft but maybe once, I've seen Trouble Man half a dozen times. Brian Hooks was almost TOO Cool lol. When the shooting started he kinda redeemed the characters stroke as it were.

Beefing up the old home security, huh?
    You bet yer ass.

You're talking about Get Carter (1971). I felt Message from the King with Chadwick Boseman was very much in the same style.
