Ideal Uncanny Avengers Roster

You all always have great ideas when it comes to team rosters so I figured I would ask what your ideal Uncanny Avengers roster would look like. Mine would definitely include Rogue and Beast, but besides that I always struggle with which X-Men would benefit from the change and I’m less familiar with Avengers characters so I don’t know which ones have the most story potential with X-characters.

I would pretty much keep the team from the last run but adding Iceman and bringing back Cable
With either Pietro or Wanda in the team but not both at the same time because it never ends well

I would want it to be an 8 person line-up made up of Young Avengers, Academy X and Runaways.
Basically my generation of teen heroes.

I think this would be a great book to use a lot of POC and LGBTQ+ Avengers characters and really explore themes of intersectionality between mutants and human minorities. Also would throw in a few mutants that are more removed from the X-side of things for storylines about getting in touch with their mutant side a little more.

Sort of a JLA/Avengers line up but with just mutants

The Krakoa outreach/hero team/liason to the rest of the heroes

Sam/Rogue share leadership

Sunspot is the $$$. Could also use Angel but Berto works well here.

Namor doesn't play well with others much so he can send Namorita.

Rogue/Cannonball/Iceman always do well together. Plus Iceman gives them an omega.

Blink gives them teleportation. Marrow is the outcast still trying to fit in. She can have feelings for Sam again.

Firestar and Justice can have an awkward thing where they don't really get back together.

Ideally some of the lesser used X characters paired with some of the lesser used avengers perhaps but I will never be big on the Uncanny Avenger concept

Sick team. I like it. Might replace Synapse with someone else though. Not sure who, but I just never took to her. Otherwise it's $$$ IMO.

Now that I think on it, Cap has to be part of this team, or else it seems like shallow delegation. Especially since the team was his idea in the first place.
