It's possible they could be nuhumans without being names as such.

I doubt they’re going to introduce the entire Inhuman mythology + royal family just for her. They can just make her an individual result of a Kree accident or experiment.

Carol is getting what I think is a crossover sequel film, although I don't see Inhumans in it. I think it will extend more with Eternals.
