There was a rumour floating around about Romita Jr being asked to write, but I think there was another one from the start that said he was going to be attached with a high-profile writer that some people suspected would be Millar.

Rich Johnston is the only source for this. Given his list of recent failures, people need to stop using him as a reliable source unless there is a quote from a named sourced.

I dunno. As far as the New 52 is concerned, the guy seemed to be mostly accurate.

He was wrong about Tony Daniel on G13 and NTT.
He was wrong about James Jr showing up in the first issue of Eternal.
He was wrong about Superman and Argus, Young Justice, Nightwing and Bluebird and Batman & Carrie Kelly books.

He has been shooting blanks for awhile.

The rumors about the new books weren't Rich, he was just reposting 4chan rumors, which I later claimed were poop (and they were!)
