I don't think I can think of anything offhand that Buffy has in her arsenal that could be activated fast enough to stop vampire who is fast enough catch multi-mach bullets with his teeth from quickdrawing and blasting a hole in her torso the size of basketball with his extremely holy super revolvers.

Also, she literally has to kill Alucard like... over a million times to get it to stick.

Maybe for Uber Buffy. But Supergirl Buffy was basically Supergirl. Granted, that was all special circumstances, and I'd have to refresh myself on her feats in that power, but I remember her being insane.
