At the higher power levels, Sailor Moon gets kind of weird and abstract and quite a few of the feats it's hard to exactly clarify.

Also to be honest, I've heard a lot about Sailor Moon's power levels, but have never really got that into the series to check it out myself.

However if even half of what I've seen from various sources is true, she ends the series as a high end reality warper who can move faster than light and once fought a 1,000 year war non-stop and can resurrect herself as long as the concept of life exists.

Also she can directly attack people's souls.

Sailor moon is no faster than Batman, the ftl stuff was strictly flying through space, nothing more.

She has the power to blow up a star at her peak, and her shields can resist the pull of a blackhole, while with no shields she can withstand the combined assault of the rest of the scouts and shrug it off casually.

She be strong, but she is little more than a dust more to Phoenix. If that.
