This will be a Royal Rumble contested under standard rules. It starts with two combatants in the ring, with a new man entering every 90 seconds, and the only way to eliminate an opponent is to send them over the rope and have both their feet touch the ground.

Other than agreeing to the rules of the match, everyone is in character.

One of these is Superman. The rest are decidedly not. Jambi, so far as I know, has no feet, but I would assume tossing the box would suffice. I don't know if he can magic Superman without someone wishing, nor what the top end of his power can do.

There are at least 151 Power Rangers. Is superman going to be able to keep track of all of them? no I don't think so. At least one can be hidden under the ring, Superman will think he won, fly away, and then boom, Power Ranger shows up in the ring.

Superman will ring out all 151 rangers before they know they are in a fight. They can't hide under the ring, because 1) that's a ring-out and 2) Supes has x-ray vision and a host of super senses.

It’s only a ring-out if they go over the TOP rope, if it’s standard Royal Rumble rules. People have left the ring through the lower ropes over the years and later reentered just fine.
