I think that you're confusing Cassidy the Vampire from the Preacher comics with Jessie Custer who possesses the Word (Voice?) of God.

Also, unless Jessie Custer speaks Japanese (or whatever language it is that is used in the one world government of One Punch Man) or a space language that Boros understands, or unless Boros can also understand English, the Word/Voice of God should fail to work on him, IIRC. That said, I don't know if Boros is even capable of outputting enough damage to off himself without accidentally vaporizing Jessie with the backblast long before he gets past his own class 100 durability and high end regeneration.
