We get Lou Ferrigno as Hulk and Eric Allan Kramer as Thor and I really don't care what else they do.

I don't think we would have a lot of major movies because they would be so expensive in the '70s and '80s. There's a reason "Superman" (1978) didn't lead to an explosion of superhero movies. Maybe there would have been more television shows on the level of the Hulk and almost certainly a slew of major children's superhero movies in the '90s.
The Marvel big budget movie era might have started a little bit sooner but that couldn't happen until CGI reached a certain level. Maybe Disney would have focused earlier on some characters that didn't need CGI. A Powerman and IronFist movie comes to mind or even a Hulk movie with Bixby and Ferrigno. I'm talking about something like, in 1977, when the Hulk pilot aired, Disney instead decided to do a theatrical movie with a serious budget.
Power with Girl is better.
