I know they're fine, it's just an event, but the racist tendencies towards the inhuman race from the fanbase is unsettling.
People don't like them because they're classified as inhumans, and some like Ms. Marvel because she could "pass" as not being inhuman, or whatever excuse they come up with to forgive her for being inhuman. It's like they're sympathizing with real world racism.
No people dont like them bc of what they did to the X-men/mutantkind during the Terrigen era and most of that hate is aimed at Medusa and Black Bolt. The rest are largely irrelevant. Like no one is blaming Kamala for that bc she didnt make the decisions which almost led to a genocide. That has nothing to do with her being able to pass or not
I find it pretty hypocritical really.
It's wrong for the terrigen to be on Earth, because Inhumans activating their powers isn't worth the possibility of mutants getting hurt, but then the X-Men did the same thing in AvX where they tinkered around with some space chicken risking all life on Earth just so more people can activate their powers, they basically did the same thing, but at least the Inhumans weren't risking all life on Earth on a gamble and were researching ways to make mutants immune to terrigen, the X-Men come off as far more selfish if anything.
But the X-Men franchise is bigger they get a constant passes and excuses.
No.
The Phoenix was coming to Earth regardless of what anybody did as seen when it bitch smacked Thor in space.
The X-Men didn't tinker with anything, they didn't get on the phone and tell the fire chicken to come to Earth, and they didn't lock it in a cage and bring it there.
The Phoenix is a universal force of nature and no one can make it or manipulate it to do anything it doesn't want to do.

The Krakoans are EEEvil!
THEY MUST BE STOPPED!
I find this comparison so funny. The space fire chicken would come to Earth with or without the X-Men. It wasn't Cyclops, Magneto or Professor X who released the Phoenix Force into Earth's atmosphere. And the Phoenix Force wasn't killing any humans or inhumans, just like a certain mist was killing mutants.
I don't care who got invited, most of it just seemed so out of place and forced, but who cares if Emma or whoever made up the list was being petty or hypocritical or whatever, it is a story and the story is the Inhumans were not invited or did not show up or were there but hid out in the corner and weren't worth squeezing in a panel.
While I think I agree with some of your opinions about some of the 'cool new' X-Men ideas just being stolen from other Marvel properties and that being somewhat funny because yes people ripped on Marvel when they had the Inhumans steal the mutant gimmick, but wow that is a take on AvX.
This take s the most original on AvX.
Avengers were worried Phoenix would end life on Earth, that is a very valid criticism. Mutants simply didn't cared. Avengers wanted to made sure that Hope would be ready, Mutants thought she was ready and screw the avengers. Hope was a kid, you can't blame Avengers for not being a lot worried about it
It's a race. Inhumans aren't the Boltagons. That's like saying mutants are just the people on the X-Men. They say they want Medusa straight up dead. Yes, people don't like Kamala because she's one of "them." Hate has no reason to it. I've read comments along the line of "the only good inhuman is a dead inhuman." And these are fans of the oppressed characters at Marvel.
Marvel has pretty much retconned DoX by rebooting the X-Men twice and having everyone brought back to life. Hickman ignored it completely from his mass extinctions list.
He wrote inhumans before, so it wasn't a mistake. Maybe he hates that Cates erased everything he wrote.
