Has Circuit Breaker appeared in anything outside those original Transformers comics and her first appearance in Secret Wars 2?

I wish Marvel could have traded her to Hasbro in exchange for ROM the Spaceknight.

There some complicated rights issues with Josie Bellar, a.k.a. Circuit Breaker that prevent either Marvel or Hasbro from using her sadly. A book was pitched by Simon Furman and Andrew Wildman, TECNO-X, featuring her, and the team of mutants she was with,the Neo-Knights, under a new name. Working for G.B. Blackrock, Transformers' Tony Stark analogue, who in the IDW books has returned. But Marvel shot it down. Here's a little more on the character ,and some of of the issues surrounding Circuit Breaker.

Doctor Demonicus. Geneticist who created mutant, giant monsters with the radiation of a meteorite he found he dubbed the Lifestone. Which drew him into conflict with Godzilla during the King of the Monsters' Marvel tour. Also clashed with the Shogun Warriors during their brief time at Marvel. The Avengers West Coast on numerous occassions. With kaiju making a bit of a comeback in the last decade, I'm surprised Dr. Demonicus has made a return after running with the Hood's gang.
Red Ronin. Surprised he didn't show up during the events of MONSTERS UNLEASHED to help with the crisis.
Sentinel Squad O*N*E. Team of human operated Sentinels operating under the authority of the Office of National Emergency. Had Jim Rhodes as their field commander for a time as well.

Devil Slayer could pull out weapons out of his cape. Could it be him?

During J.M. Demattis' run on CAPTAIN AMERICA Devil Slayer's gear ended up in the possession of the Red Skull, and he brainwashed a Vietnam vet and friend of Cap to try to kill him. The guy only had one arm and went by the name of the Slayer.

Agreed, though for what it was worth, I liked that Eve Ewing used Midnight's Fire and Silhouette so much in her Ironheart series. Wouldn't mind seeing them again in the near-future.
