Diamond Lil.
Turbo from the New Warriors. The female version only because the male was whiney and annoying.
Oh yes. Easily my favorite of the various Beta/Gamma/Omega Flight mutants!
Although not only do I love 'creepy Crawley' herself, I also like the 'just invulnerable, nothing else' powerset, and enjoyed seeing it on another mutant who was an X-Men for a hot minute, Omerta/Pauli Provenzano (famous mostly for making a gay slur to Northstar and getting face-punched a thousand times in a second).
(nice to see so many obscure women remembered fondly here)

NEMESIS

Not sure which incarnation of the character I would prefer, but Nemesis II (Jane Thorne) seems like the easiest to bring back without a lot of baggage. NI, N3 seemed to have closed their story arcs in tidy fashion...but the visual is too cool to let fade away.

Speaking of Turbo, it's a real shame we haven't seen her since The Loners miniseries spinning out of the post-Civil War/Initiative era, aside from a cameo after Phil Urich (who betrayed the Loners) was revealed to be the new Hobgoblin in Superior Spider-Man #15-16.
The spider is always on the hunt.
