Last I can recall was the Stevil Rogers series. I think it would be interesting if she had issues with Steve. She knows in her head that it was not him who killed Jack...but she can't look at him without thinking of it.

Yeah, that would make sense, and wouldn't be the first time, given the Black Widow mini following Tales of Suspense: Featuring Hawkeye and the Winter Soldier having a brief exchange with Captain America at the beginning that indicated she was still haunted by her death at HYDRA-Cap's hands.
