Default Sub-stack is going into comics

The platform Sub-stack is getting involved in comics, and has hired Nick Spencer (Morning Glories, Amazing Spider-Man) as its comics ambassador.

******** allows people to subscribe to newsletters, providing journalists like Andrew Sullivan, Bari Weiss and Matthew Yglesias significant paydays.

A comic book variation would be a way for name creative teams to release content without having to worry about printing costs, while building material to republished in graphic novel from. This could be a great platform for something like James Tynion's Razorblades anthology.

What do you guys think of this?
    Sincerely,

I already subscribe to several Sub-Stack newsletters, so I'm very interested. (using caps & hyphen to bypass the censor software)

I'm curious to see how Sub-Stack's move into comics will affect The Nib.
