I was being hyperbolic and silly there (George Carlin called it "playing the dozens") but re-reading the post they did come across as pretty douchey things to say. Apologies to misters Johns and Byrne. Neither of them should ever be allowed near Clark or his setting ever again because I *was* legit about that part, but both are quality talent I usually enjoy and respect and I'm sure they're both fine people. Hey I admitted that in a vacuum I thought MOS is a decent story, (just a bad Superman story considering the changes and their long-lasting impact) and I give it to Johns that he least likes writing the real Superman, so I'm not a total hater.
