In my headcanon, I believe that Punisher is demisexual since in most appearances, he has no interest in anyone except his wife who is dead in his origin story.
Demisexual means the person only feels sexually attracted to someone when he/she has an emotional bond with the person. He/She can be gay, straight, bisexual, or pansexual, and may have any gender identity.

I also headcanon that Moon Knight might be asexual because he barely has any relationships with anyone and he doesn't return his feelings to Frenchie who used to be attracted to him.

Of course, with Moon Knight's multiple personality disorder I suppose he could manifest a personality that is asexual.
