Kamala probably has the most villians in her rogue gallery compared to the other champions. So I think she'll be fine. All she needs is a archnemesis but most heroes have a few options. So she'll get them eventually.

Justice has his father and grandfather.

Spider-Woman has The Needle, Mister Doll, Brother Jacob, and Brother Wilhelm.
US Agent has Flag Smasher and Nuke.
