Congratulations to K7P5V for a dynamite cover resulting in their first win. I can certainly see the appeal of the cover with the angle of the view.
As to what the captain has learned this contest in the "peal of the week", the captain has received a number (zero is a number) of questions about his lack of using the time-honored cover to Spectacular Spider-Man 185. Well, the characters on the amazing, no spectaular, spider and frogman cover had their eyes hidden so we couldn't be actually sure they were looking at us. But captain, you mention, doesn't Animal Man have eyes hiding goggles and the abused monkey have its eyes sewed shut? Well yeah, but... Um, let's just say I forgot about my go to cover and leve it at that. Thank you.

Congrats K7P5V, that was definitely a finalist for me. I have that issue and it is one of Red Sonja's best covers imo. I dig when the usual suspects pop up. Glad to see JLA and JLE's group cover shot, Ben Grimm, I could surely have voted for Iron Maiden's, several She-Hulks and even got a Golden Age'r from MajorHoy.
I saw Conn's Barry Windsor Smith and made me want to change my cover instantly. If I have 10 personal favorite all-time covers, Marvel Team-Up 150 is in there for sho. 80's Marvel BWS was always solid for that cover horizon stare.
