Atlantis could hold the ocean hostage from the humans to pressure Krakoa if they needed to. It wouldn't likely be a "storm the island, kill them all" type deal.

The Atlanteans, whos territory consists of the entire ocean, could definitely make **** difficult for Krakoa real quick, both politically and tactically

Namor might make things "difficult" for Krakoa but it would be an act of aggression that Namor would be ill prepared to handle.

In this scenario Namor would be dead and and island nation would be at war with the entire ocean. Unless Bobby plans to freeze most of the planet that's not a surefire win without risking collateral damage.

there is a law against killing humans and if it happens in a non-combat scenario, then that is grounds for a trial to judge whether he was justified or not. If it happens publicly, then they cant just ignore it as it leaves Mars as a threat in non-mutants' eyes
