COTA implied with the Helles Belles some level of amnesty extends to crimes committed after Krakoa

It's possible that the Belles are being a little bit clever, and have not actually officially become citizens of Krakoa yet, and are getting some quick crimes in before they jump to Krakoa and declare (and get amnesty).

So glad this issue came out. So annoying hearing people say the mutants are bad people because they have Nazi's on krakoa as if other nations don't also have them. If you are a mutant you get citizenship full stop. That doesn't mean that the other people have to like you or be your friend.

Wait till they hear what the United States and West Germany did with nazis after the war lol. The US brought nazi war criminals over to America for its new government organisation called the cia and West Germany used nazi scientist and engineers to rebuild the country since all the intellectuals and scientists had either fled Germany years priors or were killed during the war. Oh and Japan literally has shrines dedicated to war crimes committed during WW2.

You're still not understanding that Krakoa has given every one a blank slate. MANY MANY mutants have committed atrocities including MURDER. Mass and multiple. Do you have this same problem with Emma, Kwannon, Logan, Deadpool, Laura, Gabby, and Daken... all of whom were forgiven their crimes BEFORE the Krakoan era?

Speaking of Kid Apocalypse, grown-up Apocalypse is off in Amenth and no longer on Krakoa, so I wonder if that frees up Evan to come back (since he'd no longer be a 'spare copy' of Apocalypse)?
