Yabo.
Geese paints his house with Haggar's blood. Meanwhile, Haggar cannot defeat prom dress.
Why are we here?
"Superboy Prime (the yelling guy if he needs clarification)..." - Postmania
"...dropping an orca whale made of fire on your enemies is a pretty strong opening move." - Nik
"Why throw punches when you can be making everyone around you sterile mutant corpses?" - Pendaran, regarding Dr. Fate
"DIE FOREVER!"
That's all that needs to be said.
Ichigo: What even *are* you?!
Kenpachi: Some say my mother was a train. Some say that I'm a rejected Godzilla monster too strong for the series canon. But everyone says: I'M THE KEEEEENPACHIIIIII!!!!
"i'll stain my hands with ya bra!"
"............i'm going back to metro city."
But who would win in an election to be president of the U.S?

Geese's presentation and threat level is more consistent. He's at the top of the food chain in Southtown, but Mike, badass as he is, undergoes significantly more risk when he picks up the pipe and hits the streets. There's also the fact that Geese is a crime lord businessman and Haggar is relatively blue-collar individual whose popularity with the people varies.
I suppose a point of comparison to make would be, Haggar's main enemy Belger was ended when he was tossed off a building. For Geese, this is a thing that happens every few years to various levels of efficacy, but except for one time - the leadin to Mark of the Wolves - he keeps coming back.
Ironically, while Geese would win, this would not be the means by which he would do it. Command Grabs > Counters lol
