Potemkin and Tager are both like wildly beyond human but forget what is actually canon for them these days.

Cerebella's hat is shown to be strong enough to lift an elephant with one hand at one point so that's pretty up there.

We have the usual problem that a lot of these dudes don't have many actual feats.

In Cerebella's ending, she also crushed Miss Fortune into a jewel, IIRC.

That said, Potemkin and Tager are from series that generally play in a significantly higher weight class than at least Street Fighter and Tekken, though I can't recall any especially great feats for these two off the top of my head.
