Not true, its been stated that much of the diaries were in strange unknowable languages. Also it has been shown that Mystique doesn't understand everything back when she thought she was going to use the diaries to resurrect Destiny, and that's all without any retconning. So far we've been given no proof that she has any idea what Irene is playing at, how much she knows, how much she has shared with Mystique, etc. The best reading of the current run has Mystique in the role of a pawn being manipulated by Xavier, Magneto, Destiny and possibly even Moira.
