Even more baffling, both Wonderous man and Dane of Elysium were created by Morrision seven years apart from one another, so its not even a case of creator ignorance.

When I was putting that team together yesterday I was confused, too. I was thinking “wait is this character the other character w. a shave and new costume”.

Perhaps Morrison realized having Dane be a villain while all the other JG members are heroes is kind of messed-up and sought to rebrand him?

Plus I guess if the JG showed up and there wasn’t a WW equivalent it would be strange.

The first one is from Morrisons 'Multiversity guidebook' and is from Earth-11, the genderbend universe (a male Diana)

The second one is 'Dane' from Morrisons 2008 multiverse stuff and is ALSO from earth-11, the genderbend universe (a male Diana whose EVIL) His defining thing is when he killed 'Maxine Lord' with a neck snap, he was ticked off by the backlash and LED his universes equivelent to Amazons attack. Solicits have him popping up in Wonder Womans book later this year.

The third one is Earth-11's genderbend counterpart to Donna Troy, and he popped up in the most recent DC christmas special from six months ago. He has his own lasso of truth and hints at a connection to Wonderous man (the first image)

and that last one...I dunno, probably from a low quality fan fic?
