im going to need a list cause all i remember is the Other stuff and cosmic
"He's pure power and doesn't even know it. He's the best of us."-Matt Murdock
"I need a reason to take the mask off."-Peter Parker
"My heart half-breaks at how easy it is to lie to him. It breaks all the way when he believes me without question." Felicia Hardy
Besides The Other's more evident alterations like organic spinnerets and retractable bone stingers from his wrists and communicating with spiders, all of his base abilities were dramatically increased as well. His strength at least doubled, his speed, reflexes, and agility were jacked up to the point of instantaneous reaction even without the spider-sense, which evolved to include night vision and hypersensitivity to vibrations and currents in his webs and in the air around him, he could cling to any surface with any part of his body, not just his hands and feet, and his enhanced recuperative abilities became an outright Wolverine-like (though not quite as exaggerated as Wolverine's had become) healing factor.
The spider is always on the hunt.
Early spider-sense was so vague it actually worked like a radio receiver (for example, Doom sending out a verbal message "in the frequency of spiders" for him to listen!). It hasn't gotten very precise but it's a good thing that this was replaced by spider-tracers.
Not strictly a physical ability, but webbing could do a lot of trippy stuff that's been phased out. One of the weirdest has to be in the Red 9 issue, where Spidey travels by paragliding on a web construct.
Spider-tracers operating by emitting a radio frequency detectable only by Spider-Man's spider-sense. An "arachno-frequency," as it were. And yes, considering how inventive spiders can be with their webs in real life, Spider-Man should be doing a lot more with his webbing than he has lately. Hell, in light of how real spider silk has a tensile strength several times greater than steel or even titanium, why not use his webbing compound to make protective yet flexible body armor?
The spider is always on the hunt.
Too bad Spidey refuses to implement "The Mark of Kaine" into his arsenal, it'd be an effective offensive weapon that'd cause a lot of damage...
heres its description
Mark of Kaine: Kaine, the relatively amoral clone of Spider-Man, has shown the ability to use his wall-crawling abilities in a more offensive manner, burning distinctive scars, known as the Mark of Kaine in the face of his victims. Later Spider-Man himself used a variation of the same ability to escape from the Norman Osborn by making his fingertips cling to his face and tearing them away, digging five deep wounds in Norman's face.[372] Despite the obvious offensive potential of such an ability, Peter claims that it is unlikely he will use it again, as it was a move born out of anger and desperation.[372] In later events during the Grim Hunt arc, due to Peter's rage at Sasha Kravinoff over everything she put him and his 'spider family' through, he used his version of the Mark of Kaine on her, ripping the skin off her face in the shape of a handprint, proclaiming "My brother wanted to give you this."[373] He has also been able to use the Mark of Kaine to rip Iron Man's armor off, piece by piece.[374] Limits to this ability seem to be psychosomatic, and the full nature of this ability has yet to be established.

Yeah, he wasn't just taught by Shang-Chi in the leadup to Spider-Island, but also by Captain America at the beginning of The Other: Evolve or Die. Shame he didn't keep up with it, as Cap teaching him how to focus for more precisely timed movement rather than just going off instinct actually enabled him to catch a bullet with his hands. Alas, the other one went right through his hand, up his arm, and out through his shoulder.
Hmm, considering Otto as the Superior Spider-Man did modify the formula to be longer-lasting, I could see Peter reverse-engineering that into the web-armor, if he was so inclined.
Yeah . . . and as a teenager, no less, something that made Hank Pym impressed and jealous when he found out way back in Reginald Hudlin's Marvel Knights Spider-Man.
The spider is always on the hunt.
