One day heroes and villains begin turning up dead, seemingly having exploded from the inside out. Turns out that the cause of the massacres is none other than RAOH, who has returned from the Immaterium by the force of his own will to conquer the entire planet!

First on scene is Deku, who starts off thinking the Fist King is just another villain with a strength quirk.
