While I don't think ANY of them could sustain an ongoing title, I think all of them have story avenues for a great mini series.

I voted for Mary Marvel. I think she's the only one who could potentially carry a series for long. There are many who could have a mini series, but that's it. Some characters just work best as supporting characters or in a team book.

QFT. I love a number of the characters but don't think any of these will(or should) ever get an ongoing solo.

I voted for Bette Kane, Dr Midnight/Beth Chapel, Firehawk, Grace Choi, Onyx, Powerhouse/Tanya Spears, Talia Al Ghul, Thunder and Wildcat.

Though I think a lot of these characters could also work as a team in their own right. Beth Chapel (medic), Yolanda (the bruise), Grace (even bigger bruiser), Onyx (the assassin), Tanya (the brains), Firehawk (fire powers) and Thunder (vibration powers). I think the whole Dr Midnight concept is underutilized; a superhero who is also a medic and disabled himself is an underused and underrated concept.

I never considered Talia as the lead of a series but the more I think about it, the more potential I see in it. She's been defined by the men in her life from Ras to Bruce to Damian, she needs some breathing room. I think the most interesting albeit unexplored period of Talia's life was that brief period in the early 00's when she left her father and got over her crush on Batman and started working for Lex Luthor as the head of his company and eventually started running it herself. I was annoyed that Rucka had her literally tortured into being Nyssa's lackey and later Morrison turned her into 'mother-from-hell' when he introduced Damian.
