That is the only true way to achieve peace and coexistence.

You may voice only words of kindness for those who hunted or neglected you.
You may contemplate only thoughts of gratitude for those who enslaved and murdered you.

Mutant, do not hold your head high in sovereignty and self-worth.
For that is an arrogant slight against the holy superiority of man.
Instead, lower it in subservience and fear, which is your rightful place.

Well, I wouldn't call it fascism yet, though certain characteristics are arguably there. Nazism would require a few more steps.

But the bar for dictatorship has been met already for Krakoan/Arakki society and now for the Solar System.

Dictatorship is the form of government where a single person or a small group hold the power over a society without being limited by a constitution and without being challenged by democratic elections. I don't know how one would argue that is not the case for the Quiet Council, the Great Ring of Arakko or the Regent of Sol...

The Quiet Council is literally a government appointed by the government. Not exactly a flourishing representative democracy. At best it's a puppet government run by Xavier Magneto and Moira

Yes she posited it, she made an assumption in the form of question. To posit is to "assume as a fact." I still think elections are coming whether they're to elect QC members or something different.
