He's used it to win at poker in the past. The (other) Avengers won't invite him to play with them anymore because he keeps cleaning their clocks, but they did make an exception for a public charity game in which Wilson Fisk/Kingpin was also playing, gambling that Spider-Man's spider-sense would enable him to beat Fisk after the rest of them were forced out. The issue in which this happened was Spectacular Spider-Man (Vol. 2) #21.

Spider-sense can do a lot of things when you learn over the years.
Poker, disable bombs, works as radar, keeps him aware of surroundings even when asleep and dreaming, protects against mind control, runs multiple scenarios and buzzes on ones that won't work and thus tell Spidey what to do while fighting, etc.
I'm guessing no since he wouldn't be in danger, but it would help Mayday Parker win. Her spider-sense can tell her when people are lying.
Thank you...I did not know they had covered that in the comics. But it does mean that Peter should never have money issues. Quick trip to Atlantic City, win a few thousand dollars, and cash out. Make sure to lose a few hands here and there so no one gets too suspicious and all would be good.
You're welcome.
Pretty much.
So, Mayday's spider-sense also works as a lie detector. That's good to know. I'd say she took lessons from Matt Murdock, but that was mainly in Earth X, whereas MC2's version of Matt is long dead, even if his spirit lives on in Darkdevil . . .

Actually Kingpin crashed that game. Peter was already playing. I believe the exception was because it was a charity game. In a later issue when he lost his Spider-Sense they specifically said they didn't invite him because of it.
But yeah, that issue specifically said that his Spider Sense helps with bluffing
