Her hair remains flawless.

I think it's her making her place among the arrakki

I believe those are the Arrako mutants. I remember something about the solicit saying she has to continuously prove herself to them.

Also seems they will go into how changing from Krakoa and Earth to Arrako and will affect Storm.Their cultures differ immensely, Krakoa is more peaceful while Arrako is forged in war.

It’s gonna be fun. With Cable also now in space and Ewing having him now that the OG version is back, S.W.O.R.D. has become my top book.

I considered her regency as that she is like a queen of Arrakko and since it's sol's capital she has indirect influence over Earth.

No, of course not. This is why I invoked Jack yelling "I'm king of the World!" in Titanic. It's like if Storm actually went to the UN (which she won't) and said she was ruler of Earth they'd all be like:

It's kind of a troll title for the Humans, but more importantly the mutants are trying to position Planet Arakko as the place spacers deal with when they come to Sol. Earth is just a little planet of little dirt-dwellers (they literally called their planet "Dirt") who couldn't even put a planetary government together, and no-one would give a single **** about it if only it wasn't at the center of pretty much everything that goes wrong in the Universe.
