Ha Ha... Cops from The Heat Of The Night. I always liked Chief Gillespie, Virgil and Bubba the most. Parker was a goof ball. Another honorable mention would be Kojak.

Of all the partners Sipowicz had in NYPD Blue, Jimmy Smits was easily the best but I like Rick Schroders Detective Danny next. Dude's a real nutjob now in real life but he played a great part that 2 (1?) seasons he was on their and they they went to Mark Gossler which was a call back to Hill Street Blues with his dad. He was good too but the ending arch of his didn't work for me. The stuff with he and his pops was good but they just put the drunk cloak on his character and had the character fall apart after that. Shoutout to Henry Simmons who will always be my #1 unrealized Luke Cage as Detective Jones, he was great in that.

Michael Douglas in Streets of San Fransisco was great. SO much more cooler and enjoyable that Karl Malden's dry ass character. Yea I get the part was a man of his time , I'm glad that time is done with.

Speaking of In the Heat of the Night, shoutout to Bubba and Sweets.
