- T'Challa ends up forming his own Avengers group as Star-Lord with Thanos Gamora and Party Thor?

- Soldier Black Widow with Hulk? Seems like she's in an apocalypse setting on her bike (Marvel Zombies?). Also a scene of her throwing Cap's shield.

- Killmonger becomes king with Tony Stark's (voiced by Mick Wingert) help?

- Okoye vs Wanda?

- Older Spider-Man?

- Young Shuri during an attack?

That's right.

This was a fun episode and really had me thinking how the rest of the mcu story would play out, let's have some fun with this

Tony and Bruce dying is tragic, but this means the following events won't happen, no Avengers 1, no Avengers 2 , which means no ultron, and no baron zemo (and no Vision , which may suck for wanda)

No Hulk, but Carol is even better, and now she doesnt have a reason to conveniently leave earth because they have enough protectors. the asguardian invasion will be solod by Captain marvel.

Cap 2 wintersoldier could happen , but hydra would be wise to just keep a low profile with carol here.

The new asguardian world order could also spur t'challa to out himself as the black panther and join the remaining hero's.
Spidey exists, but no tony to mentor him so he will have his home made suit, and would most likely not join the avengers anytime soon.
Dr. Strange should also be unharmed.

I have been quite tempted to try and create Doctor Who Target style prose novels for these episodes to expand them more, and this one especially has some fun concepts.

Rhodes is the character whose fate I am most concerned about. Without Tony or Natasha he's likely to have been trapped in the War Machine armour.

Also Peter will be dead. Remember he's the boy in the Iron Man toy helmet Tony saved at the EXPO. Ergo no Spider-Man.

The EXPO was going ahead without Tony anyway since his birthday issues, Pepper was essentially in charge of the company. That said if Pepper and Rhodes became aware of Tony dying you would think they'd would put things on hold. I suspect Justin would still want to one up Tony, even after his death, with Vanko probably still taking advantage after the god bled.

Ultimately it would depend on whether news of Tony's death got out in time for Justin's unveiling of War Machine at the EXPO.

Wanda's powers likely never manifest because the mind stone doesn't make it's way to Earth. Thus, her powers may "die" on the vine. Rhodey though, may still become either War Machine or Iron Man because he, I believe had stolen one of Tony's armors by the time of Tony's meeting with Fury and Nat in the donut shop.

Since it's impossible to know how Iron Man 2 would have turned out, I now want to see that in this universe Justin Hammer ends up creating his own version of the "Dark Avengers" with Whiplash (maybe they ended up getting along once Vanko was no longer motivated by revenge against Tony, who knows?) Blonski (Abomination or not) and Pym! (y'know, once the whole Asgardian invasion thing is dealt with)
