I am a Marvel fan preferably cosmic storylines, especially Thanos or Dark Phoenix related, when both the Avengers and the X-Men are involved count me in, loved the original Uncanny Avengers series.
Not a fan of any of the new characters.
(Marvel/DC fan for 44+ years)

Most of the 40s, 60s and 70s big name characters
I used to care very much about them, but they have been around for too long, repeating the same stories and fighting the same villains again and again and again.
I now see them as gate-keepers who will never go away. Especially the X-Men, from Cyclops' team to Storm's team, who prevent all the younger generations to be relevant.
I hope things will be different in the MCU and that they will never recast Iron Man or Captain America.Bringing back the old, killing the young: that's the Marvel way

Magneto (don't find him sympathetic, he's a supremacist who experienced what supremacist ideals could cause firsthand)
Sentry, Hyperion (any version), Gladiator, Blue Marvel (I usually dislike flying brick archetypes)
Thanos (find the character nonsensical)
Kid Cable
Captain America (even though he went against the government numerous times I simply can't seperate the flag he proudly wears from the government which is a shame since I really like his character otherwise)
Green Goblin and Carnage (both remind me of the Joker and I hate the Joker)

Squirrel Girl (joke that got old years ago)
Young Avengers except Cassie and Isaiah (no interest aside from those two)
Runaways (don't see the appeal at all)
Jane Foster (and all of Aaron's pet characters)
Nick Fury Jr. (lame imitation of Ultimate Fury)
Spider-Gwen (cool costume but that's it)
Captain Marvel (only because of the last few years, she was really cool before that)
Silk (unnecessary addition to Spider-Man lore)
Deadpool (his schtick is played out)
Jessica Jones (Bendis)
Emma Frost (bitch)
A lot of the X-Men (I like some of them, but there are so many I have no familiarity with)
Venom and anything Symbiote related (no interest)
Hulk would've been here before Ewing, but now Immortal Hulk is one of the few books I actually read regularly.Wanna make somethin' of it?
