I feel like this in particular almost gives DC free license to go nuts.

And while I handle race changes for characters on a case by case basis, characters like Antiope and Aella aren't consistently around in continuity and the latter is especially so minor that a race change doesn't bother me. And I can't imagine why it would bother anyone. Especially when their new looks in Historia are so badass!

Want to see what she can do, what exactly her powers and abilities are and how they differ from Diana's. They're nailing the visuals, now give us the meat and potatoes. Although they kind of already have with the Well of Souls bombshell. That changes everything, but maybe it's more Young Diana than Nubia, ymmv. I say Nubia because her book picked up the thread and her whole origin is derived from it, so far.

Mala's back, but, she doesn't seem so sunny and optimistic, here, does she? Doesn't feel like the old Mala - more like the old Paula, I think.

Still think she'd be a great, as Diana's quartermaster (home, private arsenal) and a comedic foil, for Etta, in Man's World

When Doselle Young brought back to Nubia with an origin very similar to the one they are using now, Nubia had the power to turn people into stone, a power granted by Medusa, will we have something of that?

If Medusa is really in this and it's not just done for the cover, I can't wait! About time she made a comeback.

I hope not. Its not really a good " hero" power..... It's a kill move.

Yesterday I was thinking the same thing when I surfed this thread. It just made me think of how horrible it must be to have all your organs slowly (and painfully?) petrify. Yeah, that is definitely a power that only villains should have.

I supose this is not shared, but man, I love Alitha's work. She draws very diferently from the superheroic standard, her style really is very rich
