Toguro was pretty superhuman as displayed in the DT. I’m not sure the anime version of Zouken has the feats to put him down.
In a scenario where he can use Assassin & proxy-employ Rider I can see him maybe bringing Toguro down by having Assassin and Rider double-team but I believe that’s a stretch."What I sought, I could not obtain."
