MCU version of Kang the Conqueror decided to sit and talk with Domon Ishijima, Fuko Kirisawa, Kaoru Koganei, and Tokiya Mikagami from Flame of Recca

cuz MCU!Kang the Conqueror will have no innate powers like those 4 hokage members(though the 4 also have superhuman physicals that backs up their magical weapons)

I'd like to indulge in a small bit of pedantry, and point out that we still haven't met MCU Kang yet. He Who Remains is some version of Immortus, Kang's future version. We'll only have a handle on MCU Kang when Ant-Man and the Wasp 3 comes out.

I'm afraid i have nothing else to add to this conversation as i haven't seen Flame of Recca.

not delving into the comics, but mcu he who remains is Kang, though not of the same mindset he will most likely have in the upcoming movies. most likely a power hungrier and more evil version.

But not calling him Kang is like not calling Thanos , Thanos anymore after he did the snaps hehe.

Quick note, Oswin, He Who Remains WAS Kang, before he became He Who Remains. He Who Remains should more properly be called Immortus, the future version of Kang. They never use the name in the show, but it's who he's supposed to be at that point in time.
