Okay, I think I can now finalize my character choice.

Rogue is tempting, but I think I can do better than just resorting to a character who's primarily an X-Men character who's been in a few fighting games here and there.

Kiwi and Mozu of One Piece are also tempting, as they have enough tricks to fit in with this scenario. I think, however, that I'll have to see the Water 7 episodes prior to Aqua Laguna just in case there's any backstory or something I've missed. As it is, I've seen more backstory from the Franky Family's Biblically named King Bulls.

So, in the end, I'll go with a character who's appeared in the prologues and epilogues of other characters I've played, and was one of the 'spectators' viewing Traitor Game VII: A Galaxy Far Far Away, but who hasn't been played as a player character until now.
