Deadshot is the better shot with all that ricochet action he can do, but Bloodsport wins via quickdraw i think.

If you drop em both in a city to hunt eachother i think deadshot will win.

they honestly both have superhuman aiming skills high enough to cancel each other out(Deadshot is superior but in an arena one on one setting it's more or less irrelevant) but Deadshot's wrist mounted gun is almost certainly faster than Bloodsport's in a quickdraw by enough to matter

Bloodsport is also wearing bulletproof armor... at least from rounds from whatever the Corto Maltese were using.
