I think Asta has higher level feats, flight, combat precog and has, effectively, several bladed weapons at his disposal.

However, Mash is... maybe faster. Certainly physically stronger.

I don't pretend to have a great familiarity with Black Clover but I think he might edge Mash out...?

It's going to be a long fight either way.
