    In the next picture, she's been turned so that we clearly see her left leg, but her right leg is mostly obscured by her coat.

    Peter just may have shot a second web-line down to help pull her up so that she wouldn't continue dangling head-down (which is how she was when his webbing first stopped her descent).

    To me it looks like she was snagged by both legs, there is some webbing on her other leg as well. If so, the next image still doesn't make sense.

    Her posture does imply that her neck might be broken, but if she had been pulled up by her legs, that wouldn't have caused it. Grabbing her by the waist and pulling her up really hard, that might have caused it.

    I think the creators changed their minds mid page and decided to the outcome they ended up with. The snap was intended to be her neck, but being grabbed by legs wouldn't have put pressure on her neck, normally.
