    Default Preview: Infinite Frontier #3

    https://aiptcomics.com/2021/07/23/dc...te-frontier-3/

Barry Allen’s history with the Psycho-Pirate isn’t pleasant.

The Flash encountered this mind-bending villain all the way back in the original Crisis on Infinite Earths, and it did not end well for the Scarlet Speedster. For the first time since his death and rebirth, Barry runs afoul of this foe-hopefully it will go better this time around! That is, if the even bigger villain behind the Pirate stays out of the fray, or if President Superman of Justice Incarnate sticks around to help win the day.

This is why I’m probably a fan of this series, love the JSA and Infinity Inc. call backs that we are seeing here.

Also glad to see Roy can fight off the control of Darkseid, last issue worried me a bit with his ending.

Man this series turned out to be a nice surprise. Love to have the JSA back. For the first time since Rebirth I'm kind of hopeful for the future of the DCU. I don't know if I want another Crisis but I have to be on board with whatever Williamson is cooking.

The JSA call-backs are great, as is seeing The Shade again (shame he and Jay aren't in the same room), although their headquarters getting blown up is a bit much after they've barely come back...

Roy finally knows Lian is alive again .

But as per Infinite Frontier #1,

so it's apparently not their only headquarters (maybe not even their primary one?).

IIRC, doesn't the JSA also have a headquarters in New York City?
