The New Avengers?

I'm curious where the money for the new Avengers will come from (in the story, not from the studio),

Without Doctor Strange there's really no point in a new Avengers. Same with Captain Marvel. We'll have to see how new characters pan out, but one can only assume they'll be written in such a way as to make interaction with others very easy. So Shang. I wouldn't expect Eternals to be Avengers but I would expect them to be involved in the story.

Wanda is heading for villain territory so she's out. Falcon and Winter Soldier are in as minor characters. White Vision may have a place if Wanda turns out to be the actual villain of a new Avengers movie, but that seems unlikely.

I don't see Scarlet Witch becoming a villain

Maybe the funding can come from the UN

I assume they'll keep Pepper around as a background character to fund the team--just to have Gwynneth Paltrow around. (She seems to be fine doing it, she kinda gets the best of both worlds. Relatively easy shooting schedule for her and gets to be tied into the franchise)

She can fund them without even really appearing.

But perhaps the funding can come from several places, both public and private, to prevent them being beholden to any one group

Black Panther maybe aswell depending how they handle it in BP2.

I think the future is gonna be alot of team up and cross overs on a more regular basis. Thor4,Secret Invasion,Multiverse of Madness I think will become more frequent. Hope we get other teams aswell. Midnight sons, Young Avengers,Defenders, and a new Guardians post Vol 3. Any actors that wanna stick around stay and you feel the gaps with new characters.
