I think it depends on the group and what state he is in. It definitely shouldn't be easy.

One of the most usual strategies of Spidey fighting superior numbers use to be "use the power of the enemies against each other". You know, make them fight each other or make them accidentally hit each other. The move used by Hydro-Man and Shocker could be a good way for Spidey to knock out several villains at the same time. I mean, throw water over them and then make Electro (one of them) shock them all and knock them out.
He isn't in a good place mentally or physically. Even if he was, to have multiple enemies suddenly turn up at the same time has hit him for a six.
Normally he might take out a few, but he hasn't had time to catch his breath.
Last time he saw Otto he was Superior, right? Now he is there in all his original glory. Electro is back. Sandman was off on a island. If it were me I'd be like, "wait, weren't you?...." and "how the heck is he back?"
The wait is going to be unsufferable for the next issue in two weeks!!!!!
