I'd agree wholeheartedly if it wasn't Cheapstake at the helm. Chapek may just rationalize that Disney owned almost 40% of the US box office so noone can say no to Disney.

Honestly your not going to have trouble finding actors who want to work with Disney. They own the box office.

Also Disney has nothing but time and money. If they settle with her ( and this is on the basis they have a case) then they open the door to others. Its the same concept as what I said earlier about my county not fighting lawsuits and settling them all the time. They found out that doesnt work, because it just gets more lawyers to file more lawsuits.

But again thats if Scarjo doesnt have a good case. A big company like Disney is not just gonna pay off scarjo if she doesnt have a case. They are then opening a can of worms they won't be able to close. Now every actor and actress has different contracts. This could be unique in a unique situation. But I don't think thats the case.
