Mr. Terrific and either Wonder Woman or Starfire. I would find the interaction between his cold rationality and either lady's embrace of emotion interesting.

Bronze Tiger and Cheetah because of the theme and why not?
Hal Jordan and Pengowirr (power ring), because Morrison sold me on it and DC should make it official.
Silver St. Cloud and Jason Bard. It would be fun to watch Batman pretend he doesn't care that one of the women he loved found happiness with a lesser detective, and especially, an honest, open guy who isn't rich.
G'nort and Catwoman. Mass hysteria. Dogs and cats, living together.
Cyborg/Barbara Gordon
Kyle Raynor/Starfire
Superboy/Stargirl
I got a few more that come to mind.
Obsidian and Jericho
Dads attached to a war in the past. Abused by parents. Dads (and DC) like their sisters more, and their sisters are usually the person they're closest to. Writers don't really use them anymore unless they just want somebody going comics crazy though Prieststroke and Infinite Frontier has kinda changed that in recent years. Both shy and introverted. Practically the same character if other parts of their personalities weren't the opposite: hotheaded, impulsive, and kinda rude vs nice, calm, and collected.
Donna and Cyborg
Between Roy, Terry, and Kyle, Donna has had herself a fair share of manchildren and is apparently the kind of woman who likes to mother her boyfriends as if being team mom wasn't enough. She needs to gain self respect and date a mature man for once. Vic is mature enough, and they're from the same friend group so there is some familiarity. And writers will never rid Vic of his "man or machine" woes so Donna can at least help his self esteem in that area.
Barbara Gordon and Ryan Choi
Apparently Simone wanted Ryan in her Batgirl run which I'm sad she wasn't able to do. I liked Ryan and Doris' relationship and can see Ryan liking Babs based on Simone's Doris. And I feel like they are both nerdy enough for each other.
Cyclone and Bart Allen
Annoying motor mouth nerds.
I know so many fans groan at this, and rightly so - and I'd never want to see it in continuity - but as a development in some crazy Elseworld where they team up to take down Joker after Joker kills Catwoman and Poison Ivy I could see that being strangely hella fun (no I haven't written a fanfic for it - yes I have spent more time plotting it out than I should).
