Was this the first time the idea of marriage between WW & Superman was floated?

I was reading the CBR column on "Who was the first hero to quit the Justice League," and while I had read JLA #69 before, when WW quits b/c she's lost her powers, I had never noticed Flash's weird thought bubble about how "Superman and WW might have married one day...," And I'm wondering if this is the first time that idea was put out there in print?

Probably, there actually is a non-canon short story where WW and Superman get married in Vol 1 #300 (the relationship doesn't work), but that was published after that event (where she loses her powers) in 1982.
